Elephant Tafel

The Eames’ originally envisioned their now iconic Elephant in plywood, back at its conception in 1945. However, due to technological restraints at the time it was never produced. The elephant was also originally environed as a child’s toy, and while still true today we can’t help but covet for ourselves. A playful design hero, in it’s true form.
